Description
The Y3180H general purpose gear hobbing machine is applicable for
jobbing, small lot or batch production of spur and helical gears,
worm wheels, sprockets, and spline shafts of shorter length. It
is characterized by good rigidity, high working accuracy, ease in
operation, and simple setup procedure. In addition, the machine
is equipped with and automatic shut down device and other securing
mechanisms, and an auto lubricating system. Imported hydraulic components
can be used with the machine, is the customers request. Furthermore,
tangential hob head is also available for special order to cut worm
wheels under tangential feeding.
